Directions of use:
Use as a meal supplement or post workout recovery aid. Ideal as a meal replacement formula taken once daily as a full serving or between meals as a half serving twice a day.
(Meal replacement): Mix 2 heaped scoops into 300-400ml water. First blend vigorously and then shake. Mix with milk for added calories.
(Between meals): Mix 1 heaped scoop (half serving) into 150-200ml water. Mix with milk for added calories.
